The Opportunity

This is not your typical SaaS role. It’s a career-defining opportunity for a talented sales professional who’s ready to take the next big step.

As our first dedicated Account Executive, you’ll own complex, high-value deals (average €150K) that demand both strategic finesse and technical credibility. You’ll work directly with our founders and VP Sales, selling to sophisticated enterprise buyers in security, observability, and data engineering.

You’ll have massive room to grow: this role is designed for someone hungry to develop into a future sales leader shaping our playbooks, scaling the team, and ultimately stepping into a Head of Sales path.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to close.

  • Engage senior stakeholders (CISOs, data leaders, and engineers) with a consultative approach.

  • Lead demos and POCs, translating technical capabilities into business value.

  • Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline across Europe.

  • Refine and iterate our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on market feedback, and help shape our evolving go-to-market strategy.

  • Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and reporting standards.

  • Partner closely with our Pre-Sales Engineer and product teams to influence roadmap.

  • Contribute to our AI-powered pipeline generation strategy and messaging.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with technical or infrastructure products

  • Proven track record of closing €100K+ multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles

  • Experience selling to security, observability, or data infrastructure teams

  • Established network within enterprise security or data organizations across Europe

  • Strong technical acumen (architecture, integrations, security requirements)

  • Superb communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent professional English fluency (written and spoken)

  • Based in EU timezone with residency in the EU / a country recognized by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection

Technical Understanding (Strong Plus)

  • SIEM Platforms: Familiarity with Splunk, Elastic Security, QRadar, Sentinel, Chronicle ecosystems

  • Data Pipeline & Streaming: Understanding of Cribl, Kafka, Logstash, Fluentd, Vector use cases

  • Observability Tools: Knowledge of Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana value propositions

  • Security Tools: Awareness of CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto Networks positioning

  • Data Platforms: Understanding of Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift architectures

  • Ability to discuss log management, data ingestion, and security analytics workflows

  • Comfort discussing TCO, data volumes, and retention strategies with technical buyers

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in security, data engineering, or related technical field

  • Experience with technical buyer journeys

  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (Clay, Apollo, Outreach)

Our Sales Philosophy

We're replacing traditional SDR roles with AI-powered pipeline generation, focusing on quality over quantity. You'll work with highly qualified, educated prospects who understand their challenges and are actively seeking solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 (based on experience and location)

  • On-Target Earnings: €150,000 - €170,000

  • Remote Work: Full flexibility within EU time zones

  • Equipment: Provided for employees; BYOD for independent contractors

  • Team Building: Quarterly in-person meetups in Hamburg or rotating EU cities, plus one annual company-wide retreat bringing the entire team together

Interview Process

  1. Initial Call (45 min) - Meet our COO & VP Sales 

  2. Technical Sales Simulation (60 min) - Demo presentation and discovery call roleplay with our founder

  3. Team Fit (30 min) - Open discussion with HR representative 

Reference check and final offer conclude the process.

Total process: typically 2-3 weeks
